The customer is provided an initial acknowledgment certificate issued by the trade mark registration authority having Trademark number with in 30 days of filing of the Case.

However, in the absence of objections and oppositions, the total time of finalization of a Trademark Case in Pakistan takes 12 months. But our professional experience has demonstrated that the usual time for the registration till the delivery of Final trademark Certificate can be of 2 years as the timeframe for registration are estimated and may considerably vary if objections and/or oppositions are presented, or other unavoidable events or circumstances occur during the trademark registration process.
